About Wilbur "Bill" Booth
Coached 12 years of track and five years of cross country in the Toledo area. Has been a noted official for 25 years.Has served at district, regional, and at the State Track Meet as referee, starter, and meet manager. He taught 15years of adult education in track and field officiating.
