About Scott Fry
Scott Fry ran at Sandusky Perkins HS where he was coached by John Hinton and Jim Hauser. His high school bests were 8:58 indoors and 8:54.85 outdoors in the two mile. His 3200 time of 8:46.7 led the nation. His best 1600 was 4:08.03. Scott was state champion in the 1600 in 1984 and 1985 and also won the 3200 in 1985. Scott won many other prestigious meets including the state meet cross country meet in 1983 and 1984, the Kinney, the Golden West, and the Jr. National 5000. Scott attended the University of Wisconsin where he won five Big Ten events and scored in five NCAA Meets.
