This is the official scratch-only form for the OATCCC Indoor State Track & Field Meet. The intention of this scratch form is for a coach to remove an athlete from an event they no longer intend to compete in at the State Meet and allow the next declared athlete to move up into the accepted athlete list for that event.
The form can only be submitted by the coach of the scratched athlete's school. Once a scratch is submitted, it cannot be changed. This form only scratches an athlete from an event and does not allow another athlete to be substituted into that event by that coach. Do not submit a scratch form to scratch and substitute a relay athlete. Instead, use the relay substitution form found HERE.
Submit one form per athlete per event. The scratch window opens on Saturday, February 24, 2024 12:00:00 AM and closes promptly on Saturday, February 24, 2024 12:00:00 PM. The window is only open for 12 hours.
