About Herb Hartman
Coaches track and cross country at Troy High School. Meet manager of Ohio State Cross Country Championships from 1980 through 2005. Annual Track & Field Clinic Director from 1984 through 1992. Served as Ohio coach for Midwest Meet of Champions. Reinstituted an Association newsletter the "Runner". Served as president of OATC.
