Mideast Meet of Champions Online Information Form
Online entries must be completed by the Monday following the Regional finals. All others interested must meet with the head coach, Denny Hammond, at the OHSAA state meet. Athletes that register online should print the verification sheet and bring it to the booth at the state meet to confirm interest in participating.

The Ohio Track and Cross Country Coaches Association will be hosting the Mideast Meet of Champions on Saturday, November 20, 2004 in Dayton. This competition is open to graduating seniors from Ohio who have excelled in the sport of Cross Country. If you (a graduating senior) or your athlete might potentially qualify to participate for team Ohio, please fill out this questionnaire and click on the submit button. Your personal information will go directly to the boys coach. If you are not a senior, do not fill out the questionnaire, coaches will change from year to year. Please come back and complete the form when you or your athlete becomes eligible.

This team will be coached by Denny Hammond of Reynoldsburg High School, assistant coach Steve Hippenmeyer, Kettering Fairmont High School. The Ohio team manager is Dugan Hill, Caldwell High School.
