Frank Gibas

Frank Gibas has been the boys cross country coach at Kenston High School since 1974 to the present. He was the girls cross country coach from 1976 through 1979. He has been the boys track and field coach since 1980 to the present. His boys cross country teams have won one State Meet and have been runnerup three times. He has coached two individual state cross country meet winners, and four State Track Meet Winners. He was named Boys' Cross Country State Honored Coach of the Year in 1990.

Jim Hauser

Jim Hauser was the boys track and field coach at Fostoria High School from 1968 through 1972, and has been the boys track coach at Sandusky Perkins High School from 1976 to the present. His teams have won one State Track Meet title, and have been runnerup once. He has coached nine individual State Track Meet winners. He was named Boys Track & Field State Honored Coach of the Year in 1990.

Frank Jancura

Frank Jancura coached boys cross country from 1966 through 1969 and track and field from 1967 through 1970 at Cleveland East High School. He coached cross country from 1970 through 1976 and track from 1971 through 1977 at Cleveland West Tech High School. He has coached cross country at Cleveland St. Ignatius from 1977 to the present. He coached girls track and field at Wickliffe High School in 1991. He has been an assistant track coach for 19 years. His teams have won two State Cross Country Meet titles and have been runnerup once. He has coached one individual State Cross Country Meet winner, and two State Track and Field meet winners. Frank was OAT&CCC president in 1984 and 1985. He served as the Association secretary and has served as the Head Ohio Coach for the Midwest Meet of Champions. Frank was named Boys Cross Countrty Career State Coach of the Year in 1992.

Brian Jonard

Brian Jonard ran distance races for Caldwell High School and Marshall and Ohio State Universities. Brian won two individual State Meet Cross Country Titles, and four individual events in the State Track Meet.

Joe Ramsey

Joe Ramsey was the boys track and field coach at Columbus Hartley High School from 1981 through 1995. His teams won three State Track Meet titles and were runnerup twice. He coached twelve individual State Track Meet champions.

Dave Smalley

Dave Smalley was the Boys cross country coach at Ashland High School from 1970 through 1992, and the girls cross country coach from 1980 through 1992. He coached boys track and field from 1976 through 1984 and girls track from 1985 through 1992. He has been an assistant coach at Ashland University from 1993 to the present. He coached one individual State Track Meet Champion.He was a special contributor to both track and cross country and was named Girls Track and Field State Honored Coach of the Year in 1990.
