The OATCCC annually sponsors two clinics, the Track and Field clinic at the end of January and the Cross Country Clinic in November. Information about both clinics can be found on the links from this page.

The 2008 OATCCC Track and Field Clinic will be held at the Easton Hilton from January 31 through February 2. You can access details and registrations forms for the clinic using the links below. Membership in the OATCCC is now an annual membership and you are automatically enrolled if you attend this clinic. Your membership is good for all of 2008. If you attend the clinic in February you do not need to do anything else.

• Overflow hotel rooms: The Courtyard by Marriott at the Columbus Airport has set-up an overflow block for attendees of the conference thru Wayne Clark at the discounted rate of $89. They have plenty of rooms still available. The hotel is just a few miles from the site of the conference, The Hilton, and they offer FREE shuttle service to the Hilton for attendees of the conference, as well. The 2007 OATCCC Cross Country Clinic will be held in conjunction with the Mideast Cross Country Championships in November. The clinic will be held on Friday, November 16 and the Mideast meet on Saturday, November 17.
