Here's a brief update on what's happening with the OAT & CCC and our sport.

Cross Country

Congratulations to Unioto and Logan Elm on their State Meet appearance.  Unioto Finished 7th and Logan Elm finished 12th in the Division II boys race at Scioto Downs.  The scoring problem at the meet was not the fault of the OHSAA...a complete explanation is on the OAT&CCC web page.  Check it out.

The state Cross Country Clinic, sponsored by the OAT&CCC,  will take place on Saturday, December 11 at Westerville HS.  Registration begins at 9:00 a.m. Please contact me if you need a registration form or more information.

Track and Field

As many of you already know, the OAT&CCC is sponsoring a state indoor championship at the University of Findlay on March 19.  Qualifying meets are scheduled all over Ohio beginning January 8.  A complete listing is available on the OAT&CCC Track web page.  Your runners must qualify in one of these meets in order to compete at Findlay.

The annual Track and Field Clinic will be held on January 27, 28 and 29 at the Hilton at Easton.  Call  (614) 414-5000 for room reservations.  Registration forms for the clinic will be mailed to each school by the first week of December.
